Coloring Book creates great controversy in the Rancho Higuera neighborhood.

Families on Hubbard street in Culver City, CA, in their mailboxes got a coloring book that shows violent images from the original Black Panther coloring book from the 60’s, with some text written in Arabic. Here’s the full report:
